Pre-launch reservations

House of Ragi is currently in product development and market validation. Joining the Founding 500 or a product waitlist is free and does not involve any payment, so no refunds are applicable at this stage.

If paid reservations open

If we open paid pre-launch reservations in the future, the following will apply and will be clearly stated at the point of payment:

A reservation is a pre-launch expression of interest in our first commercial batch — not a guarantee of immediate shipment. Expected launch timelines will be communicated before any payment is taken, and final product specifications may change before launch.

If we are unable to deliver your reserved products, or if you choose to cancel before your order ships, you will be entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.

After launch

Once products are commercially available, our standard returns and refund terms for food products will be published here before the first sale.
